Disable and Remove shutdown Empty Disable and Remove shutdown

It is Possible to Remove Shut Down option from Start menu. Just follow the following steps.
Start->Run->gpedit.msc->User Configuration->Administrative Templates->Start Menu &Taskbar->Remove Shutdown on Start Menu.->Enable.
